Class-3 Foreign National DSC (Individual Signing )
It can be Used for Income Tax Portal, GST, MCA (ROC), Trade Mark, Provident Fund, Traces, Documents/Invoice Signing, Financials Signings Etc.
To get Class 3 DSC Individual Combo, you need to submit the following documents:

Passport of Applicant (If Passport Contain Address of Applicant, then No Other Address Proof is Required)

Latest Address Proof of Applicant like any Government issued Identity Card contains address of Applicant or Driving License, Utility Bill, or Bank Statement not older than Two Months (if the Address proof is not in English language, then Translated Notarized/Attested copy of Address Proof is required)

Mobile Number with Country Code of Applicant

Latest Color Photo of Applicant
Note: - for Using Dsc on Income Tax & GST Portal, Applicant must provide his Pan Copy, otherwise his Dsc will not on Income Tax & GST Portal.
How to Apply
Step - 01

Step - 04
After Successful Video Verification, Dsc enrollment will be approved by Certifying Authority and Dsc can be Downloaded in USB Token.
Step - 02
After receiving Details, Dsc Application Process can be initiated. During this process, Email & Mobile Number will be verified through Otps.
Step - 03
After Successful enrolment of application, applicant will get a link on his email to Complete Video Verification. During Video Verification, applicant is required is read Three Line script written there and show the Original Passport & Address Proof in Video and submit the same.
